QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We got the ISO quality system certification, and started to introduce TS16949 quality system from the year of 2010.To ensure the high quality of products, high precision inspection machines are used to monitor different production stages, from moulds machining, samples testing, mass production, production line, before delivery, so that we can timely discover and analyse the problems from the datas of each key procedure. We continuously improve the quality requirements according to the processes of DMAIC.
Incoming Quality Control:
IQC will firstly inspect the incoming material according to the Inspection Standards.
Process inspection:
Confirming the first piece produced by the BOM, Specification, Inspection Standards, and start the formal production; During the processing, PQC should audit each station according to the Specification and Inspection Standards and all inspection should be recorded and stored correctly.
Outgoing inspection:
According to the Sampling Plan of Standard in the Specification, QA does the stratified sampling inspection. The qualified production after
inspection should be pasted and then put in storage.
